First and Foremost

Welcome! I'm excited for you to come along this journey with me! It's been a long time since I've written a blog and I actually don't know if people even read them anymore. However, that won't stop me!

Since this is my first blog post on this site, I'd like to start by telling you a bit about me and also what you can expect from this blog.

First, I am Author S. Wagner, aka Swagner, aka Sarah. I am an American Indie Author. I live in the midwest with my husband and three kids. I maintain a small homestead with goats, chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats. I love to garden and spend as much time outside as I possibly can. Spring and summer are my seasons, I detest winter.

I've worked from home for 8 years and have been in the book/self publishing world for six. My first novel released in July of 2024 and my second released a couple weeks ago. The support I've received from everyone has been truly amazing and I am forever grateful for it.

So, on to what you can expect from this blog. I like to give insights into what I'm writing, what I'm up to, and new things that are coming, so expect to get lots of updates about that. I also want to provide advice to other indie authors as they move along in their publishing journeys.

I am excited to now be offering editing and formatting services to other indie authors as well!
